Our platform helps advisers uncover the savings hidden in their clients' portfolios, often thousands of pounds per client in fees, as part of a wider mission to save UK investors over £7 billion a year. Woven Analytics gives advisers a single, normalised view of their whole book, and we are already partnered with around 30% of the UK platform market. We believe clean data is the bedrock of good advice. It is also very hard to come by. That gap is the reason we exist. #### About the role We are hiring a technical Business Analyst to sit between our clients, our partners and our development team. This is a hands-on, high-trust role in a small, lean team. You will take what advice firms, platforms and providers need, work out what is really being asked, and turn it into specifications our developers can build from. You will work alongside our developers and data architects to design the integrations and data management solutions that move client data safely across the industry. If you like asking good questions, enjoy being the person who translates between business and technical people, and care about getting the detail right, you will do well here. The data we handle is personal and financial, so security and privacy are not an afterthought. They shape every design decision we make. #### What you'll do - Work directly with clients and third parties to gather integration requirements, getting to what they actually need rather than what they first ask for - Convert business requirements into clear, unambiguous technical specifications that developers can build from without guesswork - Work with our developers and data architects to design integration and data management solutions - Build data security and privacy into every design from the start, and challenge anything that puts client data at risk - Map data flows between advice firms, platforms, providers and Woven, and document how and why data moves - Be the bridge between technical and non-technical people, inside the business and out - Work in short agile cycles alongside a small, lean development team, refining requirements as we learn - Turn what you learn on one integration into reusable patterns, templates and documentation so nobody solves the same problem twice #### What we're looking for We care as much about understanding financial services data as we do about BA technique. Methods can be taught; knowing why a platform feed and an adviser's back office never quite agree takes years to pick up. **Essential** - Experience as a technical Business Analyst working closely with a development team - A track record of turning business requirements into technical specifications for integrations or data solutions - Domain experience with financial services data: clients, accounts, holdings, transactions, valuations and the systems they live in - A security- and privacy-first mindset, with a working understanding of how personal and financial data should be handled - Experience working agile in small, lean teams where you wear more than one hat - Strong communication, both internally and with clients and third parties, including people who do not think in data - Sound judgement and the initiative to move things forward without being asked twice #### Nice to have None of these are dealbreakers. You will be the subject matter expert in the room: the person who understands advice firm data, how back-office systems hold it, and what a receiving platform needs. You will sit between our clients and our technical team, translating in both directions and keeping fast-paced projects on track. If you like ownership, structure and solving real problems with real data, you will do well here. #### What you'll do - Lead enterprise switching projects end to end: scoping, planning, delivery and sign-off - Act as the subject matter expert for clients, guiding them through data extraction, mapping and validation - Analyse and reconcile client and portfolio data from back-office systems such as Xplan, Intelliflo, Plannr and Curo - Work closely with our data and engineering teams to resolve data issues and shape requirements - Keep clients informed with clear, regular updates on progress, risks and next steps - Run several projects at once, keeping timelines, actions and documentation organised - Feed lessons from each project back into how we improve our process and product #### What we're looking for **Essential** - Experience with advice firm data and back-office systems such as Xplan, Intelliflo, Plannr or Curo. You have used them in anger, not just seen a demo. - A track record of leading projects as a subject matter expert - A good understanding of the financial advice process, from client onboarding to ongoing review - Strong communication skills, comfortable working with technical team members as well as clients - Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle several workstreams - You enjoy fast-paced projects and work well as part of a team #### Nice to have None of these are dealbreakers. You will work alongside our Implementation Consultant, sales and partnerships teams, making sure that what we sell, what we promise and what we deliver all line up. You will own the plan across our enterprise switching projects and partner programmes: who is doing what, by when, and what is getting in the way. This is a broad, high-trust role in a growing start-up. If you love bringing order to fast-moving work and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you will do well here. #### What you'll do - Own the project portfolio across client switching projects and partner integrations, with one clear view of status, risks and dependencies - Work hand in hand with the Implementation Consultant to plan, track and land enterprise switching projects - Support sales through the handover from signed deal to delivery, so clients get what they were promised - Coordinate partnership programmes with platforms, keeping timelines, actions and stakeholders aligned - Run project rhythms: kick-offs, status updates, RAID logs and steering meetings - Spot capacity pinch points early and help the team prioritise - Build the templates, processes and reporting that let us scale delivery without adding chaos - Report clearly on progress to the leadership team #### What we're looking for **Essential** - Proven experience in a PMO, project management or programme coordination role, ideally in financial services or fintech - A good understanding of the financial advice and wealth management market: advisers, platforms and how they work together - Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders at once - Strong communication skills, comfortable working with clients, partners, sales and technical colleagues - Confidence to chase, challenge and hold people to commitments, always constructively - You enjoy fast-paced work and thrive in a small, growing team #### Nice to have None of these are dealbreakers.
