For example, you might be moving clients from one MPS to another, from funds into an MPS, or from an MPS into funds.  What information do you use to identify suitable switch candidates? Woven's cohorting algorithm groups clients according to factors including demographics, vulnerability markers, existing investment performance and fees, alongside the details of your target central investment proposition (CIP), investment provider or discretionary fund manager. The output is a shortlist of clients who appear to be strong candidates for a switch, together with the underlying data that supports it. Suitability itself remains an adviser judgement and a firm responsibility - Woven surfaces the evidence, your advisers make the decision. Which external investment data sources do you use?  Woven works with the data sources you specify. That might be a specific industry data provider, or data supplied directly by your own internal DFM or investment team. We've integrated with a wide range of providers and are comfortable working with whichever sources sit behind your investment proposition.  Does Woven need client consent to process a switch? Woven supports both routes. Where an advice firm already holds the relevant discretionary permissions and explicit sign-off isn't required, we can run a negative affirmation process, with clients notified and given the opportunity to opt out.
